LATIN DANCE AND MUSIC: A HISTORY, WITH LOANDER AND JESÚS: FRIDAY, 26TH.


We are delighted to present a history of Latin American music and dance, this Friday the 26th of January, at 8pm in the Yeats Building.  

The talk will be given by Loander and Jesús, who have been living and teaching Latin Dance in Sligo for four years, but who are originally from Venezuela. There will be demonstrations of dance and music from South America, and as always, we will enjoy some wine and tapas after the event.

All are welcome. Admittance €6 (€4 for students and the unemployed).

Nos complace mucho presentar este viernes, 26 de enero, una presentación sobre la música y el baile de América Latina. Empieza a las 8.00 en el Edificio Yeats.

La charla será impartida por Loander y Jesús, dos venezolanos que llevan cuatro años viviendo y dando clases de Latin Dance aquí en Sligo. Habrá demostraciones de los diversos estilos del baile latino y, como siempre, podremos disfrutar de un buen vino y comer unas tapas deliciosas después de la presentación.

Todos serán bienvenidos. Entradas son €6 (o €4 para estudiantes o parados).
