We then went on to revise the Continuous in Spanish.

Está comiendo - he/she is eating
Está nadando - he/she is swimming
Estamos aprendiendo - we are learning.

We also looked at reflexive verbs
Levantarse - to get up
Está levantándose - he/she is getting up
To make the continuous of a reflexive verb, we can put the reflexive pronoun - me, te, se, etc..., before or after the verb....
Está sentándose - he is sitting down
Se está sentando - he is sitting down
(there is no difference between the two forms)

We then revised some verbs.

Sentarse - to sit down
Abrir - to open
Afeitarse - to shave
Lavarse - to wash
Ver - to see/watch
Cepillarse los dientes - to brush teeth
Dibujar - to draw

We then listened to an extract that included a number of verbs in the continuous...
